In this episode we talk all about her adventures fast packing the Hayduke Trail, one of the absolute hardest thru hikes in the world! She also shares stories from the Iditarod Trail Invitation and talks about why she absolutely loves that event.
Sunny is out there exploring her limits in the back country through all sorts of sports and I am honored to have her on the show and hope to have her back for a future episode!
