Guards and staff go in and out regularly and inmates and those incarcerated are released regularly. This makes anyone within the system particularly vulnerable right now. Many thousands of prisoners have become sick during the pandemic, and many have died. Prisons are packed with some of the most sadistic and violent men and women in the world.
