Carey holds a Masters Degree in Anthropology and a Top Secret Air Force security clearance. He has investigated the Roswell incident for the past 30 years, teaming with Don Schmitt since 1998. He has co-authored eight books with Schmitt about Roswell and is frequently interviewed on radio and TV regarding the case.
