Erin Gilbert was 24 years old when she went missing in 1995. She has hazel eyes and brown hair, and at the time of her disappearance she was 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 145 pounds. When she was last seen, she was wearing a black and white striped shirt, black jeans, a black leather jacket, and brown mountain boots. Her hair had been cut into a short bob before she went missing. She has a tattoo of a blue flower on the right side of her chest.
