Two years ago this month, we lost a true giant in the world of modern American folklore. John Edmonds was a true badass and a brilliant storyteller. I’m honor of him and the impact that he had on our weird little world, we bring you a reimagining of our episode from September of 2021, Stardust Ranch. ⠀

Nestled in the eerie expanse of Rainbow Valley, Arizona, Stardust Ranch looms as a beacon of the bizarre. For 30 years, it’s former owners, John and Joyce Edmonds spun tales that consistently chilled the spine of even the most seasoned ghost hunters and ufologists. Since laying claim to this peculiar patch of desert in the 1990s, they were thrust into an uncanny narrative filled with UFOs darting across the night sky, ghostly lights that dance where no light should be, and spine-tingling encounters with beings from beyond our understanding. Dubbed the “Alien Ranch,” this eerie homestead has become infamous for its spectral showdowns, with Edmonds himself recounting sword battles with extraterrestrials in a bid to protect his unearthly estate.
