Burnout…most everyone experiences it at least sometime in their life. Stress takes a toll and you collapse under the physical, or mental pressure, of overwhelm. It’s not fun.

The good thing about burnout is it usually leads people to make some sort of change in their life. A change in their schedule, a change in their mental attitude, and in many instances, burnout leads you down a path of self-discovery and spiritual awareness. More importantly, spiritual awareness is the first stepping stone when it comes to embarking on a spiritual journey.
