On this week’s episode we are going dark and discussing a heavy hitter in the paranormal community, the infamous Shanghai Tunnels of Portland. Trigger warning. It’s real dark. Name a bad thing and it will probably be mentioned today. Human trafficking, sexual assault, drugging, murder, cannibalism, racism. Yeah there’s a lot today. I discovered in my travels in the PWN that there are actually Shanghai Tunnels in Portland, Astoria, and Seattle. I thought this was fascinating! But the Portland ones are probably the most famous amongst paranormal enthusiasts because they have been seen on every ghost show basically ever. There is a lot of history to get through, don’t worry it’s very dark and gruesome. I was so upset when I didn’t get to go the first time I was in Portland so I made sure to go this time, and I’ll probably go again this year too! I even had a ghostly experience that I’ll tell you all about at the end.
