As someone with ADD it can be a real struggle to stay grounded. It’s something I’ve had to work on my entire life. Often I feel like I’m floating away or my brain feels like the inside of a freshly-shaken snow globe. My favorite grounding stone is also my birthstone; the garnet. A lovely little pomegranate that we’ll be chatting about this week. We also discuss Nettle which has a surprising number of health benefits and you should consider using it in maybe your broth or tea! I’ll be sharing the way that I ground before spellwork and some tips for protecting yourself and your space while you’re busy at your altar. Protection and grounding are really important skills to develop and it’s imperative you learn how to do both.
