Welcome back to the show everyone, on this episode we have a submission from our buddy Mark from “The City Of Fallen Angels”. Then we dive into a series of Phantoms. Ranging from something that breaks into peoples houses and cuts off locks of hair. To a woman being whistled at during the middle of the night. One even goes as far to lift women’s dresses and smack their behinds. The phantoms almost get described in very similar ways which is odd to say the least. They seem to blow blue flames out of its mouth. It can jump high fences and run extremely fast. All of them seem to be bullet proof as well. Its hard telling what is behind these encounters but they sure are something strange to consider. Some towns even basically shut down due to the panic this being created.
