The little city of Niagara Falls hardley needs and introduction a picturesque city nestled beside two of natures greatest sights, the American Fall and Bridal Veil Falls.Not everything in Niagara Falls New York is postcard worthy.In 1978 a neighborhood called Love Canal would make national news as it was declared a national emergency.However the story of Love Canal started way before 1978.
