We discuss several cases included in his book Russia’s USO secrets: Unindentified Submersible Objects in Russian and International Waters. We discuss the mysterious sounds of the Kvakeri, strange sightings in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans and mysterious encounters above the Arctic Circle.
It’s a subject we are still uncovering and it is interesting to see just how the former Soviet Union and the modern Russia view the UFO/USO phenomena and how they continued to investigate these cases under the cover of secrecy.
