Marie D. Jones is a bestselling author, screenwriter, producer, researcher, and public speaker. She is the author of a middle grade science fiction novel series, EKHO-Evil Kid Hunting Organization, written with her young son and a forthcoming YA thriller, J. Freak.. She is also developing the story behind the Maybelline cosmetics empire from Sharrie Williams, great-niece of Maybelline founder Tom Lyle Williams, for a television series, among other projects for film and television, and has optioned a number of screenplays for her own production company, Where’s Lucy Productions.
