Something has been brewing in the town of Gatlin, Nebraska. A child named Isaac has indoctrinated the other kids in the town to commit the worst of crimes in order to appease a supernatural entity . After some time goes by, Burt and Vicky, a couple that’s moving to Seattle, are drawn to visit Gatlin after an unfortunate traffic accident. Once there, they are attacked by Isaac and his followers. Will Burt and Vicky be able to escape, or will they become the next sacrifices in the honor of He Who Walks Behind The Rows?
