Here we go! The final chapter of Ruppelt’s excellent report on UFOs. This chapter is a stark contrast to the rest of the book: it is totally skeptical. There are rumors that he was made to put this chapter in by the military to debunk UFOs. There are also rumors that the last three chapters were ghost written, and not actually written by Ruppelt. Whatever the case, here it is, the final chapter of the book.
