The town of Bridgeport Connecticut is an eastern seaport town that boasts a population of 144,900.P. T. Barnum founder of the Barnum and Bailey Circus took up residence there and was even mayor for a year.The Frisbee Pie Company was in Bridgeport making the town the default origin of the Frisbee.Also, the first Subway opened its doors in 1965.Five dollar footlongs and gravity-defying toys were not the only firsts to come from Bridgeport Connecticut.The small town is also the birthplace of the dreaded Men In Black.
