With a 300-year history dating back to 1718, it’s no surprise that San Antonio is one of Texas’ most haunted cities. Tourists come to San Antonio for the amazing food, the River Walk, and the beautiful ambiance that keeps the city alive and lively during the day–but for those interested in frightening legend, there are plenty of haunted spots to explore after dark.

There are reports of ghostly apparitions of army those who fought in the pivotal struggle for Texas’ independence from Mexico at the Alamo. There have also been claims of a president haunting a well-known hotel. The vibrant paranormal activity here clearly reveals that not all of its ghosts can forget what happened to them in life.
