Confessor spotted their dog’s toy move around in the house, but the weird thing, the dog would not play with the toy unless it’s owner engage with it, how did the toy ended up at different parts of the house?

Loud noise but no one there, one night, when confessor was burning midnight oil on writing, she heard a couple taking on top of the stairs. From conversation, it seemed to turn into a heated argument, she went to check thinking it’s her parent which was initially out for business trip, only to find a empty space.
