1) The importance of bliss with immunity.  The problem is you never breath enough when you are unhappy and not breathing enough continues.

2) Don’t speak to a new woman for longer than 5 minutes.  But make the 5 minutes count. Then say nothing forever until she talks to you. 

3) Call people God in your heart. Let that be your knickname for everyone inside. Even calling them all Queen or King. For they beyond that. They ARE ALL GODS!

4) Fill the time with interesting talk with other people.Get them engaged. Do not let them be forced to lead.  Do not let a moment pass without saying something fascinating and driving the conversation into more fascinating territory.  You’ve got to think of what it by breathing and stopping thought, then thinking about or doing something interesting
