We all have patterns or ways of doing things that are comfortable to us.  What about when those ways of being or doing things are no onger working.  If you notice the patterns and want to change them? 

I have noticed that for the last month that my patterns of doing things have become very obvious.  I get the opportunity to keep them or change them if I no longer believe the pattern is working for me.  Have you been noticing your patterns? 

Our beliefs shape our patterns.  We believe that if we do this thing in this certain way it will be successful.  We can also believe that if we change the way we do things we will not be successful.  Our ego jumps in to protect us.
