Personal boundaries are guidelines, rules or limits that a person creates to identify reasonable, safe and permissible ways for other people to behave towards them and how they will respond when someone passes those limits.
How do you keep your boundaries intact? Do you have boundaries? Do you respect other people’s boundaries?
In our world boundaries are a way to define who we are and who we are not. When you are an empath and highly sensitive to other people’s emotions having boundaries can be a challenge.
I totally got mean girled at a meeting this week and I will share how I am handling that while keeping my boundaries firmly in place.
