Spread the love

on December 15, 1967 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia – the entire 1460-foot suspended portion of the Silver Bridge collapsed into the river, taking with it 32 vehicles and 46 victims. However, something happened in Point Pleasant not long before the bridge collapsed. Something that – to some – was the most terrifying and strange series of events they have ever experienced and – to others – was a really fun hoax with real world explanations. These strange events due to their proximity in time and location were forever linked to the Silver Bridge tragedy – were the strange events a prophetic warning or possibly a harbinger of the doom yet to come from the mysterious, Mothman?
