Life can be frustrating.  We are all navigating an ever changing world and sometimes it simply does not make sense. 

How do you handle frustrating situations? 

The energy of frustration can be an excellent learning tool, to learn more about yourself and other people in your life.  I will share my tools and tips for navigating frustrations and the anxiety they can create. 

Sometimes frustrations happen when we have gotten too serious about our life and it is time to take a step back and see the positives and the humour in a situation.
