How do you handle uncomfortable situations?  Tears? Anger? Clam up and shut down? With kindness? with Grace?  If you are an empath it is also a lot more complex. 

How do you wish you could handle uncomfortable situations?  With all the shadow energy happening in our world, we end up being forced to deal with these energies.  

It is very uncomfortable.  Tools to navigate are required.   We can be bombarded with shoulda, woulda, coulda’s after the experience which are valuable and we can use this to prepare ourselves for the next time.  There will be a next time for sure.
