The suburbs seem like a very tranquil and idyllic place to live, but, as Davey and his group of friends will soon find out, that is where the craziest things seem to happen. After becoming convinced that Mr. Mackey, his neighbor and a local police officer, is a serial killer, Davey convinces his friends to investigate and possibly gather evidence to catch him. Though it starts as a way to seek thrills and excitement in a town where nothing important ever seems to happen, things quickly become a game of cat and mouse with very high stakes for everyone involved …
