In this episode Brian, Wayne, Zip, and Doug welcome special guest Chef Paul Kulik into the studio to chat about Hannibal Lecter and the entire movie / television franchise. 

Paul is an Omaha chef who owns The Boiler Room and Le Bouillon in the Old Market area of downtown. He’s also a longtime friend of our host Brian and they talk about some of their antics as younglings, making home horror movies, sneaking into theaters, leaning back on chairs…you know, rebel stuff. 

The group goes over the movies and (now cancelled) television show and of course Paul shares some of his culinary knowledge about cooking flesh and how the cannibal aspect of the Hannibal character is portrayed.
