Scott Tompkins is the founder of the Bigfoot Mapping Project, based out of Houston, TX. Fueled by an encounter almost 20 years ago while hiking in his hometown, Beacon, NY and even further motivated today by a recent encounter while bow hunting in Texas he aims to leverage technology and crowd-sourcing to enrich the field of Bigfoot Research. Driven by the desire to protect and learn about an undiscovered species, Scott uses his analytical skills to share new maps and information with the Bigfoot Community.
