What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Your empath self is feeling bombarded with energies.  You find yourself worried about everything and feeling helpless.  It can suck you into a whirlwind of intense despair and hope seems like a distant fleeting friend.

This is an indication to disconnect and reset your energy.  It is so easy to get caught up in these situations and  feeling depleted.
