Spread the love

In this episode we are chatting with ultrarunner Emily Keddie about her experiences taking on incredibly long races like the Moab 240 and Tahoe 200!

We also discuss the Snowman Race- an incredibly difficult stage race that she was invited to race by His Majesty the King of Bhutan.

Then we dive into her future plans at the Cocodona 250 and discuss the challenges she faces in her journey as an elite athlete. Emily is very open about her struggles with the Imposter Syndrome and we explore how we all face it in different aspects of life.

I really enjoyed chatting with Emily and I hope you all are inspired by her and her journey!
